If you refer a friend to RMS and we sell or let their property, we will give you £50 on completion of the sale to say a big ‘Thank you’.
Your friend will also a £50 credit note to their sale or landlord account.
Simply ask your friend to mention your name and ‘refer a friend’ when booking their valuation at their local branch. Easy!

- Date valid – RMS are instructed to sell / let by the new client (the friend) between 01/02/22 – 31/01/23
- New Seller/Landlord quotes ‘refer a friend’ scheme during the first point of contact. Has to be agreed before the fee is set and contract is signed
- £50 to come off the invoice for vendor or landlord (called Friend) and £50 paid to previous client (called original client)
- Only to be deducted/paid upon completion of sale or let
- No limit of how many friends can be referred – Can refer multiple friends and receive £50 per friend
