Promotion: Win Your Estate Agency Fee – Celebrating 35 Years!

To celebrate 35 years of RMS, we’re giving one lucky customer the chance to pay no estate agency completion fee when selling with RMS Gosforth.

Please read the terms and conditions below:

1. Eligibility

• The promotion is open to new residential sales instructions with RMS Gosforth only.

• To be eligible, the property must be instructed between 1st September 2025 and 30th November 2025 inclusive.

• The customer must quote the promotional code “35YEARS” or “ANNIVERSARY” at the point of instruction.

2. How to Enter

• By instructing RMS Gosforth to sell your property during the promotional period and quoting one of the above codes, you will be automatically entered into a prize draw.

• Only one entry per instructed property is permitted.

3. The Prize

• One winner will be selected at random to receive 100% off the RMS Gosforth estate agency completion fee for the sale of their instructed property.

• The prize applies only to the standard estate agency fee. It does not cover additional services or third-party costs (e.g. EPCs, conveyancing, marketing extras, etc.).

4. Winner Selection

• The draw will take place on 1st December 2025.

• The winner will be randomly selected from all qualifying instructions received during the promotional period.

• The winner will be contacted directly by the RMS Gosforth Branch Manager.

5. Additional Terms

• The offer is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and applies only to instructions handled by RMS Gosforth.

• Instructions that are withdrawn, or where the property is not actively marketed through RMS Gosforth during the full sales process, may be disqualified.

• RMS reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries and to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
