We are looking to appoint an experienced Branch Manager & Valuer at our Whitley Bay branch.
The ideal candidate will be used to managing a team and running a busy estate agency branch. The successful candidate will ensure that we achieve agreed targets in line with the business plan, maximise opportunities for sales, income and profit and ensure that all company procedures are communicated effectively to branch staff and adhered to at all times. You will need to be able to carry out property valuations, therefore experience of this and owning your own car will be required for this role. The position is full time with some Saturday work with a day in lieu.
Salary is negotiable based on experience.
