Sales Progressor / Negotiator in Blyth

We are looking for an experienced Sales Progressor / Negotiator to join our busy Blyth team.

This role will be varied on a day to day basis to fit in with the needs of the Business, however it will mainly be sales progression. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact once a sale has been agreed on a property, regularly liaising between Sellers, Purchasers and their Solicitors to ensure all parties are kept up to date to encourage a smooth transaction from sale agreed and solicitors instructed to legal completion, providing exemplary customer service throughout the process.

Candidates must have great attention to detail and must have several years’ experience in Estate Agency and the laws surrounding Anti Money Laundering as well as being driven to win new business at all levels. You must have your own car for this vacancy. The position is full time including working alternative Saturdays with a day off in lieu.

Salary is negotiable based on experience.
