We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Branch Manager / Valuer to lead our award winning Jesmond branch. This is a leadership role for a property professional who thrives on winning instructions, driving profitability, and developing successful, motivated teams.
As the face of the branch, you’ll lead from the front by carrying out valuations, growing market share, and delivering exceptional customer service, with our clients at the heart of everything we do, while creating a positive, collaborative culture where people can perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing branch team.
Conduct sales and lettings valuations, winning instructions through expertise, strategy, and service.
Drive branch profitability, revenue growth, and market share.
Monitor performance and ensure delivery against key business targets.
Champion the full range of company services, including Financial Services, Conveyancing, Property Management and Auctions.
Maintain exceptional standards of property presentation, marketing, and customer care.
Build the branch’s local reputation through networking, community engagement, and social media presence.
Ensure strong operational processes, CRM management, and client follow-up.
Maintain full compliance with AML, GDPR, EPC and all regulatory requirements, ensuring the branch is audit-ready at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within estate agency
- A strong people leader with a passion for coaching and development
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Customer-focused, resilient, organised and commercially minded
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Numerate, detail-focused and results-driven
- Full UK driving licence
