The 6th of July marked 75 years of amazing care that Marie Curie UK have provided. Now here at Rook Matthews Sayer, we are no strangers to charity fundraising and we love a challenge. So when Marie Curie UK asked if we would take part in their BIG DASH, we obviously said yes.
The goal: To raise £75 of 75 years of care!
What we raised: £110!
Here is how we did it…
Across our 16 branches we had a dress in yellow day, Gordon from our Commercial department baked some sweet treats to sell in Head Office and we sponsored our Marketing Coordinator Suzanne to dress in a bright yellow Pikachu onesie.
Well done to our branches across the North East, for coming together to raise £110 for Marie Curie UK. We’re very pleased to have been able to surpass our goal of £75.
