Rightmove have released their latest property report, It shows that demand for properties and the number of properties sold in the North East has decreased. They find demand has decreased by 14% in 2022 compared to 2021 (despite figures still being 31% higher than the same period in 2019)*, additionally the Rightmove figures suggest a 26% decrease in sales agreed compared to April 2021*… not here though!
