A BROKER FEE MAY BE PAYABLE ON APPLICATION. OUR TYPICAL FEE IS £598.00.

Landlords can choose from our Fully Managed service or our Tenant Find service.

With our Fully Managed service once the tenants move in we will professionally manage the property from routine inspections to emergency maintenance. So whether you are 5 or 5000 miles away you can have complete confidence that your property is excellent hands.

With our fully managed service you can rest assured your property is being well looked after.

This service includes:

 

✓ Full advertising and marketing of the property

✓ Introducing a tenant and agreeing a rental

✓ Taking up references

✓ Drawing up Tenancy Agreements

✓ Prepare an inventory for the tenant moving in

✓ Collect rent monthly and account to Landlord

✓ Carry out periodic property inspections

✓ Manage repairs & tenant problems on behalf of the Landlord

✓ Carry out final inspection at the end of the tenancy

✓ Initial and follow up Right to Rent checks

Find

 

This is our standard service package.

This service includes:

✓ Collect first months rent and damage deposit

Tenancy Deposit Scheme

 

As of 6th April 2007, Landlords and Agents are required by law to protect any Damage Deposit received in an approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

 

If you are using our Fully Managed Service, we will protect all Damage Deposits received using the Government’s DPS scheme.
