It’s that time of the month again when our popular auction catalogue is published, jam packed as ever with fantastic properties be it for investment, residential or commercial use.

 

Rook Matthews Sayer works in association with Agents Property Auction who manages the auction process of all our auction properties and is supported by a regional network of fifty estate agents.

 

If you’re looking to sell your property quickly then you may consider selling it at one of our monthly property auctions. If your property doesn’t sell, you have no fees to pay. Our no sale, no fee auction is held once a month.
Why sell at Auction? The main benefit of selling your home at auction is the fixed timescale. If you need to sell quickly then auction could be the answer. Other potential benefits include:

 

  • It’s fast; on acceptance of an offer, the buyer agrees to a timescale, giving you the peace of mind of a definite exchange date.

Breaking News – 60,000 first time Buyers have benefitted from stamp duty Change

 

Estate Agent today reports that Phillip Hammond claims that over 60,000 first time buyers have already benefitted from the stamp duty relief he announced at his November Budget.

 

From late November 2017, all first time buyer purchases up to £300,000 paid no stamp duty, and for first time buyers inside London there has been no stamp duty on the first £300,000 of their purchase.

 

If you’re a first time buyer this will be a very welcome change and help you to get on the property ladder. Have you benefitted from the change?
