We are looking to appoint a very experienced Branch Manager for our Alnwick branch. The ideal candidate will be used to managing a team and running a busy estate agency branch. The successful candidate will ensure that we achieve agreed targets in line with the business plan, maximise opportunities for sales, income and profit and ensure that all company procedures are communicated effectively to branch staff and adhered to at all times. You must also be able to drive.
Key aspects of the role include agreeing targets for individual branch staff, holding daily branch meetings, produce accurate monthly forecasts, maximise opportunities to increase appointments for other aspects of the business, accuracy of reporting to Head Office, ensuring and maintaining effective systems for vendor contact and follow ups, ensure agreed service levels are maintained and complaints are dealt with in a timely manner. You will also be required to carry out valuations in the absence of the Valuation Manager.
Salary: Negotiable depending on the right candidate
Hours: Full time (including some weekend work)
