Property Maintenance Administrator – Head Office

Rook Matthews Sayer are looking for a methodical and resourceful individual for the role of Property Maintenance Administrator. This role primarily deals with managing the repairs and maintenance across our managed property portfolio however there is also an expectation to assist in identifying and managing refurbishment projects. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of excellent communication, negotiation and organisation skills as the role involves interacting with a number of parties at any one time in order to resolve situations. Whilst the role is mainly based in our Head Office lettings team, you will be required to drive and have use of your own car as occasional coverage of other duties will be expected at peak times and holidays.

The position is full time working Monday to Friday 9am until 5:30pm

Salary is negotiable based on experience.
