Covid 19 Omicron update: Our operations!

Following the new government advice surrounding the Omicron variant we have updated our current Covid Secure operations. Our main priority continues to be the health and well-being of our colleagues and customers.

We will be maintaining our Covid-19 Secure Gold Standards, with our offices remaining open. We will continue to work behind Perspex screens and wear face coverings, we kindly ask that our clients do so too whilst visiting our offices or attending appointments.

During valuations and accompanied viewings our staff will continue to wear masks, we ask our clients to do so too if possible, if not our staff will ensure they maintain a safe 2m distance at all times.

We will seek advice from both sellers & landlords on whether they would like unaccompanied viewers to wear masks during their appointment.

By keeping our standards in place we hope to be able to continue to operate a safe business as we have throughout the covid-19 pandemic. You can also remain reassured that all our staff are continuing to carry out lateral flow tests at least twice a week.

The wearing of face masks, Perspex screens, social distancing, hand sanitising, cleaning etc will continue throughout our business. This way we can ensure that we can continue to remain open with as little disruption as possible.

Please refer to our safety guides for further information. These can be found here;
