BREAKING NEWS – Stamp duty holiday extended

In yesterday’s budget The Chancellor, Rishi Sunak has extended the stamp duty holiday.

This means that from now until 30th June 2021 no stamp duty will be charged on a residential property bought up to £500,000 and up until 30 September 2021 there will be no stamp duty to pay on properties up to £250,000.

This is very welcome news for home buyers who will benefit from this saving on their home purchase.
