An update for our wonderful customers
Further to our recent updates on how we are responding to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have now had to take further action.
We are following all Government guidelines and regulations to keep our staff and the general public as safe as possible during this difficult time. The government has effectively put the entire property market on hold. The latest government guidance suggests that, with the rare exception, there should be no more housing completions for the foreseeable future. And so, it is with great sadness, that we have had to temporarily close the service from our branches.
We have a small number of staff from Head Office who are continuing to work remotely to answer any queries or questions that our customers may have during the period of lock down.
If you have an urgent query, please continue to contact us using your local branch email or phone number as we are re-directing all calls and emails to a member of staff from Head Office, who will be able to help you. Our resources may be extremely limited as we move into this next phase, so please bear with us at this very unusual and difficult time.
We will post any further updates on our facebook page and website as we receive them, and once the Government lifts the restrictions we will be back to work, stronger and brighter, than ever, when it is safe to do so.
