LETTINGS MANAGEMENT / NEGOTIATOR
Salary : Dependant on Experience
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am until 5.30 pm plus every other Saturday (with a day off in lieu)
Due to our continued success, we are recruiting an additional Lettings Management Negotiator to work with our team, based at our head office on Newcastle Business Park
This fast paced, exciting and ever evolving role involves:
•Working in the Property Management department
•Dealing with all Landlord and Tenant enquiries
•Instructing approved Contractors where appropriate
•Resolving Tenant problems in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer service
•Assisting the rest of the team, with any other duties carried out by the lettings management team
You will already be in a lettings property management business/department with a minimum of 1 year
You must have:
•A good understanding of Property Management and the Lettings process
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
•Excellent organisational skills
•Confident and able to work alone or as part of a team
•Able to work to deadlines
•A willingness to go the extra mile
•A full UK driving license
