Finding the ideal property
Just tell us your requirements and we'll compile a selection of properties to match. This can be done online, via email, over the phone or in person at one of our 'Lets Go' offices.
Usually viewings can be arranged immediately, and we can alert you to new properties by text message, email or phone.
What do we need from you?
As well as your detailed requirements, we will need a minimum of two references this could include employment, credit or landlord references which will be forwarded to the landlord along with your other information. If you have a guarantor they will need to provide a credit and employment reference.
Once both parties are in agreement, the relevant paperwork is drawn up. This forms a legal rental agreement that will need to be signed by landlord and tenant.
Rent and deposit
You will need to provide a damage deposit which will be reimbursed at the end of the tenancy (subject to the details of your agreement).
Rent is paid in agreement with the details of your rental agreement.
